In the past few years we have welcomed companies and groups to fish together at Adwell and make a day of it. We have a number of excellent tutors to train at all levels, and it is remarkable how complete beginners can become adept in just a day. Many leave looking as though they are hooked for life!

Clients are welcomed from 10 o'clock onwards to coffee and biscuits in the house and training by experts starts at about 10.45. The lawns at Adwell are perfect for learning to cast a fly.

After drinks and an excellent lunch in the house, the clients spend a happy afternoon fishing, and come back to the house for tea.

Adwell is the perfect place for the beginner to learn, with plenty of places to cast without getting caught up in the trees. But it also presents challenges for the more expert fisherman.

We also arrange one to one tuition with experienced tutors in order to get people started or brush up on their casting techniques

If required, we can also lay on clay pigeon shooting to make a real country sports experience!
